Shipping & Delivery

At Al-Hala, we treat the delivery of our luxury confectioneries with the same meticulous care as their creation. To ensure that your order arrives in flawless condition, we exclusively partner with premium express couriers that provide temperature-controlled transit.

Domestic Shipping (Qatar)

• Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days. Complimentary on orders over QAR 500. (Otherwise QAR 15)
• Express Delivery: Next business day for orders placed before 2 PM AST. (QAR 30)

International Delivery

We ship across the GCC and internationally to select destinations. International orders are dispatched from Sunday to Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays.

• GCC Countries: 3-5 business days via temperature-controlled air freight.
• Rest of the World: 5-7 business days. Custom duties may apply.

Packaging

Every item is elegantly packed in our signature Al-Hala embossed boxes. For chocolate orders, insulated thermal packaging and reusable ice packs are used during warmer months to preserve the delicate temper of the chocolate.
